Terms and Conditions
Warranty
For applications developed by Techiefy or where modifications have been made by Techiefy to an existing application,
Techiefy agrees to rectify any faults reported within 12 months of the completion of the work.
If any part of the application is modified by persons other than those authorised in writing by Techiefy,
this warranty will be void.
Liability
Under no condition will Techiefy's liability exceed the cost of development of the work carried out.
Confidentiality
Techiefy will keep confidential any information obtained in connection with the contract and shall not divulge the same to any third party without the written consent of the company for whom the contract is with.
The provision of this clause shall not apply to:
- Any information in the public domain.
- Information obtained from a third party who is free to divulge the same.
Payment
The following payment methods form part of our Terms and Conditions of business and apply to all transactions undertaken.
However, these may be negotiated on an individual basis to meet specific requirements.
The payment terms for MyMembershipApp, including the initial cost, modifications, training, and support, are as follows:
- 50% of total invoice value on order.
- 50% after installation and training.
For all non-cash with order transactions, payment falls due 14 days after the invoice date.
Support
Initial cost is invoiced at the commencement of the contract and then on an annual basis.
Techiefy reserves the right to change MyMembershipApp support prices without prior notice to customers.
